Return and exchange window
An eligible request for a new Good Molecules product can be opened within 30 days after it is delivered. We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and consider exchanges. For a preference return or incorrect choice, the non-defective item must be new, unused and kept in original condition. Damage, faults, omitted parts, a wrong item or a significant listing mismatch may be reported without requiring the problem item itself to be undamaged. Applicable statutory rights remain intact.
Request a review first
Send pedromiguelferreiradelima777@gmail.com the order number, purchase email and reason. Provide clear photos or video when reporting a problem and retain the parcel materials and components. Do not mail the item until approval, the proper return destination and instructions have been provided; the store mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Postal returns
For an eligible return, a free prepaid return label is supplied inside the original package. After approval, use that label; ask for help if it is missing or lost. We do not impose a restocking fee. Exchange or replacement availability is confirmed during review.
Refund processing
The original payment method receives an approved refund or its initiation within 10 days. The bank or payment service may post the credit later.
