The checkout shows shipping coverage, services and charges available for the supplied address. Please verify the building number, unit, city and postal code so the carrier receives complete directions.
When delivery needs attention
Follow the tracking update issued for the shipment. For an extended delay, stopped scan, damaged parcel or a delivered status without the package, write to pedromiguelferreiradelima777@gmail.com with the purchase number and tracking code. We may first request information from the carrier.
